Coaching
Individual leadership coaching is the best and fastest way to break through barriers and achieve stupendous success, but it does take commitment over a period of time to see the best results. I offer structured coaching programs that involve 10, 12, or 15 contact hours, and include structured coaching sessions, on-demand support, and job shadowing or observation sessions with the coachee. A 360-degree assessment and another assessment of the coachee’s choice are included in package pricing for packages of 10 sessions or more. Coaching clients will be asked to sign a service agreement, and create a “designed alliance” with me as part of the coaching process. I can also work with organizations who have multiple internal clients needing coaching. I work with most clients virtually, but can work with clients in-person in the Albuquerque-Santa Fe area, or elsewhere if travel expenses are covered.
Organizational development or human resources consulting
This includes working on organizational charts or reorganization plans, reviewing employee handbooks, consulting on HR policy development, and any other OD or HR need your organization has. Please contact me to discuss your project and we can discuss pricing. Package pricing may be available depending on the project. A complete scope of work will be developed prior to work commencing; client agreement on the scope of work and the approximate estimated pricing is required before work begins. Clients will be asked to sign a client service agreement. A deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost of the project may be required.
Facilitation and Training
I provide thoughtful, cheerful and productive facilitation for meetings and events. I can step into an already-planned activity, or assist with planning an activity where facilitation is needed. As an experienced trainer, I can also deliver existing curriculum centered on human resources-related topics, or help develop specialized curriculum to meet your organization’s needs. Facilitation and training presentation is priced by the hour with a four-hour minimum. Training development is priced by project; please contact for details.
Teambuilding Consulting
I often incorporate teambuilding into my larger organizational development projects, but I also conduct teambuilding as a standalone activity. I can work with you to create a teambuilding program that gets results, but also lets your team members have fun and learn about each other (and themselves!). Teambuilding consulting is priced by the hour with a six-hour minimum (including time for development, delivery and debriefing).
Speaking or presenting at events or conferences; guesting on podcasts
I love speaking in public! Some of my past speaking topics include: generational differences in the workplace, discipline and termination of employees, coaching employees on performance issues, and more.
